02What data we process
When you send the contact form, we process your name, email address and any details you choose to add: company or group, number of participants, preferred location, date, your message and the recommendation from the interactive selector if you attach it.
The interactive programme selector runs only in your browser. Your answers reach us only if you attach the recommendation to your enquiry and send it.
If you email or call us, we process the details you provide. Please do not include health or other sensitive information.
03Purpose and legal basis
- Handling your enquiry and preparing a proposal – steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Communicating with the contact person of a company or group – our legitimate interest in handling the enquiry of the organisation you represent, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Protecting the form against abuse and keeping the website secure – legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We do not use your data for marketing without your consent. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
04How long we keep data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for no longer than 12 months after our last communication.
- If we conclude a contract, data is kept for its duration and afterwards to the extent and for the periods required by law, for example accounting records for 10 years under the Slovak Accounting Act.
- A technical record used to protect the form against abuse (a one-way hashed fingerprint of the IP address) is overwritten automatically within 1 hour.
05Who has access to the data
Your enquiry is delivered by email to Mgr. Katarína Tanciková, managing director of Terra Mentis s. r. o. The website and mailbox are operated by WebSupport s. r. o., based in the Slovak Republic, acting as our processor. Data is processed within the European Union and is not transferred to third countries.
We do not disclose data to other recipients unless required by law (for example at the request of public authorities).
06Cookies and technical data
This website uses no cookies and no third-party analytics or advertising tools. Fonts, images and sounds are loaded exclusively from our own server. Forest sounds only play when you choose.
Our hosting provider keeps technical access logs (such as IP address, time and requested page) for server security and operation.
07Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing and to data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise your rights, email info@terramentis.sk. We will reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest.
If you believe the processing breaches data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27.

Providing data is voluntary. However, we cannot reply without your name and email address. All other form fields are optional.
